At Oasis Voices of Humanity Foundation, we believe that everyone has a story worth telling. But too often, the voices of the unheard, the overlooked, and the underserved fade into silence.
That’s where we come in. Our mission is to empower individuals—especially those facing challenges—by providing the training, tools, and support they need to share their stories through podcasting.
We help people find their voice, build skills, and create opportunities in the podcasting industry. Whether it’s launching their own show, producing meaningful content, or securing sponsorships, we’re here to ensure that every story has a platform, and every storyteller has a chance to be heard.

What We Do
- Support Veterans To Thrive– Our programs provide job coaching, resume writing, and business assistance to help veterans regain their footing, secure employment, and rebuild their lives with dignity. With a 4.78% unemployment rateand an average income of only $29,253 after housing costs, many veterans struggle to find the opportunities they deserve
- Support Foster Youth Aging Out– of the System at 18, often with no family support, little financial stability, and no job prospects. Over 20%** of youth who age out of foster care immediately experience homelessness
- Help Community Charities Across the USA –identifying what’s needed and stepping in with resources, training, funding, and expertise to strengthen and expand their impact
- Podcast Training & Education – Hands-on coaching to develop podcasting skills, from concept to production.
- Career & Industry Support – Helping individuals find jobs, sponsorships, and sustainable opportunities in the podcast world.
- Community & Advocacy – Elevating voices that deserve to be heard, creating change through storytelling.

Our Numbers
With our help and the support of others 95% of those who complete our training and job placement programs find stable employment and housing.
Without your compassion and support, the reality of these numbers becomes undeniable—far worse than most people even imagine.
Sadly, we often hear comments like, “Just get a job, what’s wrong with you?”
While there are certainly some who may choose to beg, that’s not who we’re asking for help for.
We are focused on those who truly need it—the ones waiting for an opportunity, struggling in silence, and lacking the resources to change their circumstances.

"On Christmas Day 2024, Elson and Margaret found me and my dog in a Walmart parking lot in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The store was closed, it was cold, but a van pulled in and drove right up to me. They looked at me and said, we're the founders of Oasis Voices. They gave me and my dog food and a coat my dog, shared smiles, and said, Everybody is somebody to someone, and no one is meant to walk alone. After I shared my story they thanked me and said, we'd like to offer you some help, would you like a job if we trained you? I agreed. **Job Training & Employment Assistance** – We equip youth with real-world skills, including podcast editing, digital production, and business management, giving them a pathway to sustainable careers.
**Mentorship & Life Skills Training** – Personal coaching, financial literacy, and guidance on securing stable housing.
**Long-Term Support** – Even after securing jobs, we stay connected to ensure continued success.
