1. Grant of License
By purchasing and downloading the digital music from OVHF.org, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the music for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to resell, distribute, or exploit the music in any way other than for personal enjoyment.

2. Donation and Use
The music available for download on this site is provided to you in exchange for a voluntary donation to Oasis Voices of Humanity Foundation, Inc. (OVH). Your purchase constitutes a charitable contribution, and all proceeds will be directed toward supporting OVH’s mission to empower individuals through podcasting training and resources. By downloading the music, you agree that your donation is final and non-refundable.

3. Restrictions
You may not:

Redistribute, sublicense, or offer the music for resale or as part of any other service.

Use the music in any form of commercial endeavor, including but not limited to, advertising, promotions, or media projects without express written permission from OVH.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the music or its components.

4. Intellectual Property

OVH reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the music at any time if you are found to be in violation of any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, in Travis County. Any legal actions or disputes arising from the use of the music or this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

9. Updates and Support
You may be entitled to updates to the music files as they become available. However, no technical support will be provided for any issues you encounter with the downloaded music unless otherwise specified by OVH.
