• Helping a youth or young adult develop podcasting skills
• Giving feedback on story structure, editing, or delivery
• Meeting virtually to answer questions and build confidence
• Sharing your career experience and industry insights

Many of our students and program participants are navigating not just creative hurdles, but also life challenges — economic hardship, social exclusion, and lack of access to guidance. A mentor becomes more than a teacher; they become a trusted voice that says, "You can do this."

We’re flexible. Some mentors commit a few hours a month. Others dig in deeper. We match based on availability and interest — so no pressure, just impact.
